I’m Renee—a leadership coach, people strategist, and quiet disruptor who believes work can feel better than this.
I started Promote Her because I was tired of seeing workplaces that looked great on paper but left people feeling unseen, unsupported, or silently burning out. I believe we deserve more than tick-the-box policies and performative values. We deserve workplaces where people feel safe, respected, and empowered to thrive - and where leadership is about lifting others, not leaning into power.
With over 15 years in leadership, HR, and coaching, I bring a deeply human, equity-centred lens to the way we build teams, lead people, and shape workplace culture. My approach blends strategy and structure (I love a good plan) with emotional depth, intuition, and clarity. I don’t believe in quick fixes — I believe in honest, long-term change that starts from the inside out.
I work best with women and purpose-led organisations who care deeply about how they show up in the world. Whether we’re navigating a team restructure, building your leadership brand, or facilitating a culture reset, my role is to walk alongside you—bringing tools, insight, and a calm voice when things get messy.

I believe deeply in making work more human, and in the power of showing up as your full self.
My caravan is called Rainbow. Yes, she’s fabulous.
